It´s been awhile since I´ve blogged on the site. Let me bring you up to date. I´m still in training. I am training hard these days. My trainer has been pushing me and pushing me. We train every week 4 or 5 times a week. Different parts of the body every session. I´m eating right and I´m taking vitamins, too. Vitamins are good for your finger nails! My nails are hella long these days. It´s been a struggle these past 10 months being away from the family and learning the routines here and such. I´m working hard and trying to stay focused! I have given up liquor and I don´t miss it at all. That was really helping me stay on the larger side of life. Ladies and Gentlemen if your a drinker on the weekends and you wanna drop some weight believe me, pass up the alcohol and watch the pounds drop! Seriously! Okay on my way to go workout. Sorry so short!
