4 days of training strait. I´m exausted here!

THANK THE SWEET LORD that tomorrow I can do nothing! My body is worn and tired from working out these last 4 days. My trainer has been pushing me which is what I need. I am still motivated and I am seeing results which is very exciting. My clothes are slightly bigger on me and now none of my clothes properly fit of course. But soon I will be going shopping most likely Black Friday... I am going to RAID the shit out of everywhere! NEW WARDROBE is what I´ve always wanted! I have been super good. I have been writing down EVERYTHING that I´ve been eating. This helps me to remember what I´ve eaten and also I can actually see how much I am consuming and also I´ve got more control over these munchies! Drinking 1.5 liters of water every day which has been hard... But I have been drinking that sucker! My skin is looking better and I am feeling more energized that ever. No alcohol of any kind, no sodas at all. No carbs after 4pm and lots of fresh fruit. Now it´s a joy to wake up early in the morning to go and train. I actually feel very crappy if I don´t work out during the day now. But anyways... the Changes are good! and best of all I feel good! WHOOP WHOOP! here´s to MY HEALTH E LIFE!
